It just wasn’t for me. I was going to have to be away from my family over Christmas and Thanksgiving, I remembered how much I hate Florida weather, I realized I’d probably hate working in QSFB, and mostly I just couldn’t justify going just so I could put that shiny little note on my resume. There’s a bit more to it than that, but that’s the gist of it. Also, if I really find myself regretting it, I can always reapply for another session.
